A year ago today, April 18, 2013 for example, we learned that a St. Louis Company has been fined over $120k for 12 safety violations. According to the AP, KG Framing and Construction failed to provide workers with fall protection at a Maryland Heights construction site.

This is not he first time KG Framing and Construction has been fined. The company was also fined in 2012 for safety violations numerous times.
